Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing the order unless shipping has already started.

  2. No cancellation for perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.) unless quality issues are proven.

  3. Damaged/defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

  4. Items not matching expectations must be reported within 2 days.

  5. For manufacturer-warranty items, contact the manufacturer.

  6. Approved refunds take 5 days to process.


Return Policy

  • Returns/exchanges allowed within 2 days from purchase.

  • To be eligible:

    • Item must be unused and in original condition.

    • Original packaging must be intact.

    • Sale items may not be eligible.

  • Only defective or damaged items may be replaced.

  • Certain categories may be exempt (specified at purchase).

  • You will be notified by email once the returned item is inspected and approved.


Shipping Policy

 

  • Orders shipped via registered domestic courier or speed post.

  • Shipping within 7 days from order/payment or as agreed at order confirmation.

  • Platform Owner not liable for courier/postal delays.

  • Delivery is sent to the address provided at purchase.

  • Delivery confirmation is sent to your registered email.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
